RECREATIONAL CLASSES

Our Recreational Gymnastics Programs are loads of fun and are designed to develop body control, confidence and self esteem. No previous experience in gymnastics is necessary for this program.

RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS PROGRAM
(GIRLS & BOYS)

School aged children 5 - 12yrs old



Level 1 Beginner Class run:

Monday 4pm

Wednesdays: 4, 5, 6pm

Thursdays 4.30pm

Saturdays: 10.30am & 11.30am

Our recreational gymnastics classes are 1 hour in duration:


Recreational Levels program:

 

  • Levels 1 - 10
  • All new children will begin at Level 1 and make their way through the levels.
  • Children receive a Certificate with each level achieved.


Enrolment

  • All new members will begin in our Emerald (Level 1) class.


Girls Apparatus are:

 

  • Vault
  • Bars
  • Beam
  • Floor
  • Trampoline
  • Floor Dance
  • Body Tension
  • Strength 

 

Boys Apparatus are:

 

  • Vault
  • Bars
  • Rings
  • Pommels
  • P.Bars, 
  • Floor
  • Trampoline
  • Body Tension
  • Strength

 

An assessment by the Head Coaches determines the gymnast’s capabilities and training needs. Please feel free to discuss your child’s training needs and demands with the Head Coach and his or her coach.


All children begin at Level 1 - Emerald.

Level 2-10 are for current members only.
