Young children have energy to burn. We strive to make the most of this natural quality by enabling them to experience, investigate, interact and develop in the wonderful world of gymnastics. We strive to deepen and strengthen children’s physical, social and natural abilities by providing them with the safest environment and quality coaching possible.

Recreational gymnastics
We offer gymnastics classes for girls and boys aged 2-14 years in our fun filled Recreational Programs run by highly experienced coaching staff.
Gymstar
Gymstar is a semi-competitive, flexible program for girls and boys. It caters for individual abilities and correct progression through Gymstar levels 3 - 10.
Squad gymnastics
We offer girls a highly successful
National Levels 0 - 10 Squad Program.
These gymnasts train longer hours and compete State and Nation-wide.
