Nat started gymnastics relatively late, at the age of 10 but quickly progressed through the levels and eventually finished her career competing at Level 7. Soon after retirement she started coaching and Niddrie Gymnastics began. Nat has over 30 years coaching experience and continues to love her job. She is an irreplaceable asset to Niddrie, she is mentor to our younger coaches and she nurtures our gymnasts as not only strong athletes, but as well rounded, confident and resilient individuals.

Nat is highly regarded in the gymnastics community and has been awarded:

• 2009 WAG National Coach of the Year for Victoria
• 2015 Victorian Coach of the Year
• Head Coach of the ALP Victorian State Team in 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019. 
• Niddrie won the Victorian 'Medium sized' Club of the Year in 2019.

Nat's gymnasts have successfully competed at State Pennant Finals, Victorian Championships, Australian Championships, National Clubs, Border Challenge and Trans Bass events year after year.

My favourite thing about coaching gymnastics is the relationships that I build with the gymnasts and their families. The coach/gymnast bond is strong and I have many former gymnasts who I now call forever friends. I love making a difference in their lives and sharing my love and knowledge of a sport that we all love.
