Blake D'Souza
JPS Health & Fitness

Blake’s fitness journey began in 2017 under unexpected circumstances - recovering from a youth sports injury that ultimately became the catalyst for his coaching career. First stepping into the gym for rehabilitation, he sparked a deep curiosity for biomechanics, progression, and physical potential. Prior to this, Blake competed in tennis, soccer, and mountain bike riding, but his rehab journey opened the door to a new obsession with strength and conditioning.
Over the years, he has immersed himself in mastering multiple disciplines, training extensively in calisthenics, powerlifting, bodybuilding, injury management, and athlete development. This diverse athletic background, combined with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, gives Blake a unique, highly analytical edge to coaching and understanding how to structurally build, refine, and optimise the human body.
